Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pyto AI website at pyto.ai and any related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Services
The Services include a pre-launch waitlist, informational pages, and, at our discretion, optional wallet-verification features. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. The Services are provided in a pre-launch state and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions.
3. No financial advice; no offer of securities
Nothing on pyto.ai constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. References to $PYTO or any token are informational only and are not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose value.
4. Wallet connections
If you choose to connect a Solana wallet, you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys. Pyto AI never requests transfers or approvals and will never ask for your seed phrase. Wallet-signature checks only verify address ownership and never move funds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) breach any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or any related system; (c) interfere with, disrupt, or scrape the Services; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or (e) use the Services in any way that could harm Pyto AI or any third party.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, branding, logos, code, and design, are owned by Pyto AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose only.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyto AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to £100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pyto AI harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
