Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pyto AI ("Pyto", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit pyto.ai, join our waitlist, or otherwise interact with our services. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect: (a) information you provide, such as your email address when joining the waitlist and, optionally, a Solana wallet address if you choose to verify holdings; (b) technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed; and (c) cookies and similar technologies used to remember preferences and measure usage.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve pyto.ai, to send launch and product updates you request, to verify token holdings when you connect a wallet, to prevent fraud and abuse, to comply with legal obligations, and for analytics and security.
3. Legal bases (UK/EU users)
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (waitlist emails, optional marketing); the performance of a contract (providing services you request); our legitimate interests (product analytics, security, preventing fraud); and legal obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: service providers acting on our behalf (email delivery, analytics, hosting, wallet-signature verification); professional advisors; authorities where required by law; and any successor entity in a merger or acquisition. Wallet addresses you submit may be checked against public Solana blockchain data.
5. International transfers
We may transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email legal@pyto.ai.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the site or by email where appropriate. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
